Our olive oil comes from Fundo Quitralmán, located in Mulchén, Biobío Region 🇨🇱 — a land with a long agricultural tradition, surrounded by the Biobío River, vineyards, and organic orchards.
We cultivate four hectares of olive groves using natural and regenerative practices, without pesticides and nourished only by rainwater.
The olives are handpicked by local communities and processed the same day to preserve their freshness and valuable polyphenols.
After a natural 100-day rest, the oil is bottled and proudly distributed from Chile to the world.
Our oil is a balanced blend of Arbequina, Picholine, Empeltre, Sevillana, and Barnea, each bringing its own personality:
• Arbequina: sweet and fruity
• Picholine: bold and slightly spicy
• Empeltre: smooth and velvety
• Sevillana: fresh and aromatic
• Barnea: modern and persistent
The result: a fresh, versatile olive oil with true character.
“Drizzle” means to lightly pour or sprinkle something over your food, that final touch that turns an ordinary dish into something special.

Because one good squeeze changes everything.
Through our “1 Bottle = 1 Tree” program, for every bottle sold we’ll plant a native tree in the same land where our olives grow.
At the end of each year, we’ll count every bottle sold and plant that number of trees together with local communities, during the best season for planting, right after summer.
This way, we help regenerate the soil and restore balance to local ecosystems.
