Our olives come from Fundo Quitralmán, located in the commune of Mulchén, in Chile’s Biobío Region — a land with a long agricultural tradition, surrounded by the Biobío River, vineyards, and organic orchards. In this privileged environment, we cultivate four hectares of olive groves carefully selected for their unique soil and climate conditions. Here grow several varieties each contributing its own character and nuance to our Drizzo olive oil, the result of harmony between nature, local work, and a genuine passion for quality.
The grove is managed naturally and regeneratively, incorporating animals to control weeds and enrich the soil, while avoiding the use of pesticides. Our olive trees thrive under a dry-farming system, nourished only by rainwater. During harvest, the olives are handpicked by local communities and processed the same day to preserve their freshness and valuable polyphenols. After a natural decanting period of 100 days, the oil is bottled and distributed — bringing to each table an authentic product, born from respect for the land and a deep commitment to excellence.
